"Before joining, my struggle was that I would make a lot of plans to start watching recordings from institutions, however I felt that being given all of that knowledge at once was overwhelming and caused me to learn a little here and there without fully understanding. Secondly, I would take on so much that I would never complete my learning. Alhamdulillah this is the first time I've been able to see a course of this type through until the end, although I had my difficulties with attending live due to work related reasons I have still found myself benefitting and learning. I have seen how I can balance Islamic studies with everything else in life and this is something I can take into the future إن شاء الله."

"I struggled with having no structure to follow in terms of what to learn and how to go about it and having no accountability system to ensure I stayed consistent in my path to seeking knowledge. After joining, I actually feel I have learned something not just theoretically but how to practically apply the lessons learned as before my learning was quite scattered. I also have learned the importance of revision and commitment to seeking knowledge from my teacher as now I realise how useful revision actually is and how serious I need to be on this path of seeking knowledge. I also feel more grounded in my Deen as prior to this programme I didn't know where to look when I had questions regarding certain acts of ibaadah and alike but now so many questions have been answered and I am equipped with the skills to look in the right place Allhamdullilah."

"Alhamdulillah, this programme has definitely made me more disciplined, improved my Arabic reading and understanding too, it enhanced my knowledge, even though I had some foundations, this definitely solidified it. I benefitted a lot from Ustadhs teaching style, and his care and concern for individual students. I feel my biggest takeaway was the Adab and Tazkiyah I received from my beloved teacher. This is something I'll not find elsewhere."

"Before I would do a few courses here and there but not in a real life class setting as the courses/books would either be pre recorded so there was no accountability or exams. And also I would study random topics and not in order like how the pious predecessors did. This programme has changed me In many ways, especially my acts of worship, not just with Allah but with the people. From the get go you are taught about manners and etiquettes. This shapes how you move forward in life and in seeking knowledge. This has helped me respect knowledge, teachers, fellow students, books and scholars but also those who we regard as laymen. SubhanAllah I’ve always wanted to know how to pray properly and it’s only the first level of Alimah and I know now, I know what’s wajib and what is sunnah and once you implement this you’ll feel like you’re actually praying how the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions did. It’s a special feeling Alhamdulillah."

"My biggest struggle used to be staying consistent. This programme is a very easy way to seek knowledge, alhamdulillah, due to a clear, structured Barnamaj and live classes with an actual teacher you can interact with and ask questions."

Have a question? Click any section below to expand the answer.
Do I need prior Islamic knowledge to enrol in Level 1?
No. Level 1 is designed for Muslims at any stage — whether you're just beginning or you've tried studying before but didn't find the right structure. We assume no prior knowledge and build from the foundations upwards.
What if I can't attend a live class?
Every session is recorded and available to you immediately. You can watch at your own pace, whenever it suits you. Many students watch the replays instead of attending live — you have full access either way.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans for both Level 1 and Level 2. Get in touch with us directly and we'll discuss options that work for your budget.
Can both brothers and sisters enrol?
Absolutely. The programme is open to all Muslims. Brothers are taught by Ustadh Ibraheem and sisters by Ustadha Aysha in dedicated, gender-appropriate groups. The curriculum is the same rigorous standard, just taught separately.
What happens after I graduate?
You'll receive a verified personal Tazkiyah (recommendation letter) from Abu Hurayrah Institute. Many graduates go on to teach others — in their families, mosques, and communities — or continue into deeper specialisations. You'll also be part of our alumni network of serious students.
Are there any entry requirements?
Level 1 has no prerequisites. For Level 2, we recommend completing Level 1 first to build the foundation. If you already have equivalent Islamic background, you can discuss direct entry into Level 2 with us.
How much time should I dedicate per week?
Level 1: 3-4 hours per week (2 live classes plus personal study). Level 2: 5-6 hours per week (3 live classes plus deeper personal study). Most students fit this around work, family, and other commitments. The flexibility of recorded sessions makes this possible.
What if I have a specific question?
Reach out to us directly — we're here to help. You can contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we'll be happy to discuss your specific situation and any questions you have about the programme.
